1. About FixoLink

FixoLink is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers (for example repairs, home services, tutoring, and similar local services). FixoLink does not itself perform the underlying services booked between users.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into agreements in your country of residence.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Describe jobs clearly and honestly when requesting services.
• Treat providers respectfully and pay any agreed amounts as arranged between you and the provider.
• Do not misuse messaging, reviews, or requests for spam, fraud, or harassment.

4. Provider responsibilities

• Represent your skills, location, and availability accurately.
• Only offer services you are qualified and legally allowed to provide.
• Honor commitments you accept; communicate promptly if plans change.
• Paid plans increase visibility features; they do not guarantee a specific number of jobs.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Provider subscription fees (Basic, Pro, Business, or similar) may be paid through the methods shown on the site (for example bKash, Airtm, crypto, or card where available). Activation may require manual verification. Fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by law or at our discretion in case of clear billing error.

Payments for actual service work are typically arranged directly between customer and provider unless FixoLink explicitly offers an in-platform payment product.

6. Content & conduct

• Do not post illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the service.
• We may remove content or restrict features to protect the community.

7. Reviews & ratings

Reviews should reflect genuine experience. Fake, paid, or retaliatory reviews may be removed. We do not guarantee that any review is independently verified beyond normal platform checks.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific search rankings, or the quality of work performed by independent providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixoLink is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from services performed offline between users.

9. Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to FixoLink for subscription features in the three months before the claim, or a minimal amount required by applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FixoLink after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.
